Pius Lee, CPA, received his B.S. in Hotel Management from the University of Hawaii and his M.B.A. in Accounting from the California State University, Los Angeles. He has over 20 years of experience in the accounting and consulting fields. His areas of emphasis include management consulting, computerized accounting system consulting, and bank collateral examination services. A former member of the California Society of CPAs' State Committee on Management Consulting Services, Mr. Lee has been appointed as a receiver by the Superior Court of the State of California and has served as a financial advisor to the boards of many local and international business and non-profit organizations. His professional skills have been instrumental in helping clients retain their wealth through effective financial and tax planning.

Amy S. Lee, CPA, received her B.S. in Accounting from the University of Southern California. Ms. Lee has over 13 years of public accounting experience. Her areas of emphasis include planning and compliance of corporate, partnership and individual taxation. In addition, she has extensive experience in certified audit, review and compilation of financial statements. Prior to joining the firm, she was an auditor at the Los Angeles office of Deloitte & Touche, Certified Public Accountants.
